Returns & Exchanges
At WoodEarth Couture, each piece is crafted with care and intention. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Online Orders
We accept returns of online purchases within 3 days of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@woodearth-couture.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your peace of mind.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In-Store Purchases
For purchases made in our store, we accept returns within 48 hours of purchase. Please return the item directly to our boutique in original condition with proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 5–7 business days for your online refund to be processed. For the in-store purchase, refunds are processed immediately on our end. When the refund is processed, it may take 2–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your card provider. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
