Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer both UK domestic and international shipping, with real-time shipping rates and delivery estimates calculated automatically at checkout. Your available options — including standard and express delivery — will be shown during checkout based on your shipping address.

Delivery Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your delivery in real time. For UK domestic shipping, we use Royal Mail; for international and EU shipping, we use DHL.

International Shipping & Duties
International shipments are subject to custom / import taxes which should be paid by the customer at checkout already.

Delays or Issues
While we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs, we are happy to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
